COVID-19: Kochi’s polling booth equipped with robot to check voter's temperature

A robot was installed at a polling booth in Thrikkakara region of Kerala’s Kochi district. It was installed by Ernakulam district administration to check body temperature of all the voters and dispensed hand sanitizers. Speaking to media, Ernakulam District Collector Suhas S said, “Sanitizers were provided as part of COVID-19 protocols.”
