COVID-19: Kochi’s polling booth equipped with robot to check voters’ temperature

A robot was installed at a polling booth in Thrikkakara region of Kerala’s Kochi. It was installed by Ernakulam district administration to check body temperature of all the voters and dispensed hand sanitizers. Speaking to media, Ernakulam District Collector Suhas S said, “Sanitizers were provided as part of COVID-19 protocols.”
